Welcome to a world of art with Brittany Freeman, where creativity meets community. I’m an artist and instructor offering a wide range of art experiences—from festive art parties to intimate private lessons, paint and sip events, and specialized classes for seniors. Each session is designed to be hands-on, interactive, and accessible to all skill levels. I bring all materials and provide step-by-step guidance to make art enjoyable and achievable, no matter your experience.
My senior art classes are hosted on location at senior centers, retirement communities, and assisted living facilities. Classes are designed with a focus on accessibility, taking into account the physical needs of each participant to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment. Each month, I introduce a new list of projects—ranging from still life and landscape to abstract or seasonal themes, utilizing a variety of mediums—based on participant interests. I provide all materials and detailed guidance, with modifications as needed, so everyone can enjoy the process and feel successful in their creative pursuits. Cost: $35per person, with all supplies included.

Art parties and paint and sip nights are the perfect blend of fun and creativity, making them a great choice for gatherings, celebrations, or simply a relaxed night out. These events can be hosted at the party venue of your choice or my studio in the VAPA Center in Charlotte, NC, or Eight Legs Gallery in Waxhaw, NC. I’ll guide attendees through a carefully chosen painting, breaking down each step to make the process enjoyable and approachable for all levels. Expect an evening of creativity and connection as we explore composition, color mixing, and brush techniques. Each participant leaves with a completed work of art that’s all their own. Cost: $35 per person, with all supplies included.
For those looking to deepen their skills or work on specific projects, private lessons provide a personalized and immersive experience. Each 2-3 hour lesson is tailored to your goals, whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to refine specific techniques. Lessons cover foundational painting skills such as color theory, brushwork, and composition, and can be customized to any style or project. I offer patient, one-on-one instruction designed to encourage and empower each student. I also aid in submissions, and competitive work. Cost: $45 per hour, with all materials provided.
